Changes...

I've had some trouble finding a direction for this blog, so i'm just going to put some of my expertise or knowledge here and use it as a public collection of my knowledge in the area of super-hero like health and fitness and all around Pimpin'! So, a new recommendation from me...Green shakes, green drinks, wheat grass, anything super-green and alkaline. Keeping that body balanced on the ol' pH scale is very important to your energy levels. I don't care how much protein you eat, you just can't develop the energy if you're out of balance, and it also makes it hard to lose fat i hear. So, one way i supplemented my diet was instantly cut WAY down on the meat intake, and i added 3 shakes a day, i use a spirulina concentrate to add to the shake, i put about a quarter cup of fresh blueberries some strawberries or a banana, a handful of spinach, a handful of spring salad mix or herb mix, some celergy and some cucumber or zuccinni and also have been adding some gelled Chia seeds for some added digestion and hydration. This shake, three times a day, and like i said, i spent a couple days cutting down on the meats and stuff and kinda flushed my pH, you could say. Cleaned out my guts and within about 3 days my Urine pH in morning and evening were both 6.5-7 which is pretty good. Started down in 5.5-6 range. Now i just try to maintain it up there. Adding some long distance running once in while can either hurt or help acidic bodies. At first, it causes everyone to become acidic because you don't breathe well and your body doesn't pump blood as well as it will after you've been running regularly for a few weeks, but the increased ability to breathe has all kinds of crazy positive effects on the body (imagine that!) and personally i just like the idea of being able to cover long distances on foot for those, just-in-case situation. The breathing in running is really similar to that in meditation also, gotta be something to that. My mind often clears and focuses when i run...i love this universe, crazy stuff. The Universe supports me, God guides me, my Destiny is the path.

I have a design for an amazing, on the cheap build or produced as a high-quality, high-performance upgrade for any four-wheel drive vehicle. It's built using an Independent Suspension differential with CV axle shafts, these axle shafts are enclosed in over-sized axle tubes much like a normal solid-axle only with the axle tubes angled down between 7-40* to keep the differential (pumpkin) clearance very high. This axle design can be used with a front steering axle or a rear axle, and can also be paired with portal gear reduction outers for lower gear ranges and even more ground clearance.
