Changes...

I've had some trouble finding a direction for this blog, so i'm just going to put some of my expertise or knowledge here and use it as a public collection of my knowledge in the area of super-hero like health and fitness and all around Pimpin'! So, a new recommendation from me...Green shakes, green drinks, wheat grass, anything super-green and alkaline. Keeping that body balanced on the ol' pH scale is very important to your energy levels. I don't care how much protein you eat, you just can't develop the energy if you're out of balance, and it also makes it hard to lose fat i hear. So, one way i supplemented my diet was instantly cut WAY down on the meat intake, and i added 3 shakes a day, i use a spirulina concentrate to add to the shake, i put about a quarter cup of fresh blueberries some strawberries or a banana, a handful of spinach, a handful of spring salad mix or herb mix, some celergy and some cucumber or zuccinni and also have been adding some gelled Chia seeds for some added digestion and hydration. This shake, three times a day, and like i said, i spent a couple days cutting down on the meats and stuff and kinda flushed my pH, you could say. Cleaned out my guts and within about 3 days my Urine pH in morning and evening were both 6.5-7 which is pretty good. Started down in 5.5-6 range. Now i just try to maintain it up there. Adding some long distance running once in while can either hurt or help acidic bodies. At first, it causes everyone to become acidic because you don't breathe well and your body doesn't pump blood as well as it will after you've been running regularly for a few weeks, but the increased ability to breathe has all kinds of crazy positive effects on the body (imagine that!) and personally i just like the idea of being able to cover long distances on foot for those, just-in-case situation. The breathing in running is really similar to that in meditation also, gotta be something to that. My mind often clears and focuses when i run...i love this universe, crazy stuff. The Universe supports me, God guides me, my Destiny is the path.

I have a design for an amazing, on the cheap build or produced as a high-quality, high-performance upgrade for any four-wheel drive vehicle. It's built using an Independent Suspension differential with CV axle shafts, these axle shafts are enclosed in over-sized axle tubes much like a normal solid-axle only with the axle tubes angled down between 7-40* to keep the differential (pumpkin) clearance very high. This axle design can be used with a front steering axle or a rear axle, and can also be paired with portal gear reduction outers for lower gear ranges and even more ground clearance.

Golden Guardian Motors and Fuels apparently now.  Been looking into how to make my fuel different and what it takes to make it higher quality and control cetane levels, viscosity and those types of things.  What occurred to me while i was going through this is one, i want to produce my own fuel, sell it to other people interested in racing bio-diesel.  Then they can help pay for my part design, and new fuel technology, all kinds of wonderful things for the future of bio-diesel.  So, it will be Golden Guardian Motors and Sustainable Fuels.  The long term goal is to build a company, well actually two companies, one to produce high-end exotic sustainable fuel/product supercars and the other business will be fuel development and distribution.   With this first winter being the initial momentum to a big avalanche of great things to come, i'm trying to lay out some general out lines so i don't get lost in the other half of the avalanche.  A lot of plans and information and trying to keep it all going in one direction. 

Major Goals:
-Race in at least 3 Time Attack events this year!
-Build a vehicle to break the diesel Land Speed record of 350.092 miles per hour set by Andy Green at Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.
-Build a production SuperCar around my Golden Dragon Fly engine that i'll power the land speed vehicle with.
-400 horsepower with the Subaru ee20 while running bio-diesel.
-Set new record for time across U.S.  Use the same Start/Finish check points as the GumBall guys use.

I don't update this blog enough for their to be a clear idea of what it's about, but this is meant to be all the ideas and development of anything that may be involved with what will be my future bio-fuel performance and technology company that is Golden Guardian Motors.  The bio-diesel Subaru is the first project, but the goal is to tackle challenges with vehicles powered by bio-fuels.  Whatever problems man has, i would like to build something to help.  Building all these vehicles will only further test any new creations, products and ideas we build.  I have been working more on the Golden Dragon-Fly, or so i'm calling it right now, the 8 cylinder, 4.0 liter, horizontally opposed split bank turbo diesel.  Been coming up with numbers for bore, stroke, head design.  it's coming together.  i'd like to keep practicing with the CAD software and see if i can get some rough sketches up.

so i've been doing some thinking on exactly what i want my business, my company to stand for.  why am i doing it?  why is it important?  I want Golden Guardian Motors to build, design and showcase vehicles of high performance that are also environmentally friendly, run on sustainable fuels and hopefully soon, work with more sustainable products.  But, the goal of this company is to push the limits of what is possible with a vehicle.  We will build vehicles to help out in disaster situations like hurricanes, tornadoes and tsunamis.  We will build vehicles that can help people build living structures, reach resources and anything else that people need.  GGM will be a performance company that's looking to supercharge the performance of life around this planet.  I would love to hear about ideas that people have.  What specific situations from a disaster can you think of that if we just had a vehicle that could do..._________?  what would it be?

A great story about the environment effects of keeping your used working vehicle versus buying a new car with better gas mileage.

This is really pushes me to make things happen.  I need to build the Subaru Turbo Diesel and start spreading the bio-diesel and sustainability message, but really, it's time to organize some teams and set up a few shops and produce like new bio-diesel or ethanol ready vehicles.  And then BOOM!  Start Golden Guardian Motors, team with manufacturers of sustainable fuels and sell contracts for fuel with the cars, and let the business grow into it's own entity of the financial world after that, let it be someone elses problem ;)

I don't post on here often, i'm going to use this blog more to keep a target going, for both long-term and short-term goals for the company i want to create and the results i want to get.

Main goal-to spread information about sustainable fuels and how as consumers it's on us to be willing to buy vehicles that run on sustainable fuels and force a market for fuel companies to sell the products.  I would like this company to provide the vehicles to do it, because if it's not convenient, i doubt the change will ever really happen.  I want to create a company that makes these vehicles readily available and cars that are competitive in every market.

It's all going to start with the building of one car...the GGM Impreza RS TD.  I want to use this car to spread information on how and why the fuels are important, all the different ways they will be utilized in the future, and help the younger generations see the options they have to make a difference. 

I think it's also a great idea to re-distribute used cars set up for bio-diesel or e85 use, building new cars creates so much more waste every year, and the value of used cars is hardly gone, the market is there.  My plan is in place, but getting investors is not yet a skill i've developed, so until i get the money to build the car, the plans will remain here on my blog ;). 

This project will create opportunities for more sustainable fuel companies to open and produce fuels, which means jobs, local jobs, and also reduce fuel prices on regular fossil fuels, as well as reducing the demand for it.  This is an opportunity for us to create reduce dependence on foreign oil completely if we chose to take it that far.  No more BP gulf of mexico stuff going on.
